The Sewing Studio is a creative space for everything related to sewing, textile design, and upcycling. Here, you can create, repair, or customize your own garments, accessories, and textile prototypes.

Equipment and Tools
- Four domestic sewing machines for general use
- One industrial sewing machine, one free-arm leather sewing machine and one overlock machine

Two embroidery machines (max. work area 300x200 mm, composable) with cap frame and quilting kit
- One ultrasound machine for joining synthetic fabric (both desk setup and freehand)

Cutting mats, rotary cutters, fabric scissors, pins, and measuring tapes
- Basic selection of sewing threads in various colors
- Ironing board and irons
- Computers with proprietary and open-source pattern-design softwares (Premier+, Inkstitch)
Pricing Model
The use of sewing machines and basic tools is free of charge for students and members. Consumables (e.g. fabrics, specialty threads, and personal haberdashery items) should be brought by users or can be purchased from us at a low cost.
There is a small charge for using the embroidery machine, depending on the size of the embroidery design.
